Tracing how a life transcends: a body stitched back into itself, re-forming as joy emerges in new shapes and rhythms.\n\nDancers smear through time, colour sliding off them,\n\nechoing the painterly mood of 'Like a Rothko Painting'.\n\n'Dance, Regardless' (2025, CVPR 2026) is the next movement after 'Dance Interrupted' (2023, MET AMS Amsterdam, curated by Accelerate Art, 2023; Fellowship, daily.xyz, 2024).\n\nCreated during a period of illness when traditional production was impossible, 'Dance, Regardless' uses AI as a means of translating lived feeling directly into moving image — an enabling way of working from within limitation rather than outside it.\n\nThe work unfolds in a porous, liminal space: intimate, affect-led AI, attuned to lived temporality — where unstable bodies meet technology with tenderness, human gesture remaining central.\n\nShaped by a collective, unstable moment — where continuity and break coexist — the work considers what remains human as time moves forward, regardless.\n\nMovement dissolves and reassembles; gestures echo and decay through temporal slippage, evoking memory and fragility.
